We thank you for your purchase with Healthy Keys, LLC. Please allow us up to 5-7 business days for processing before receiving a tracking number. 


DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN/DELAYED PACKAGES: 

If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home Healthy Keys, LLC cannot be responsible. You will need to make a claim to your local Post Office. Once you receive your tracking number and you experience any issues, please contact your carrier. We do not have any additional information outside of the tracking number

If you experience a delay with your package, please keep in mind of some of the things that may have delayed your package: 

  • COVID-19 

  • National/Federal Holidays 

  • Weekends 

  • Weather 

These are a few things, but not everything on why a package may be delayed. Please follow up with your carrier with your tracking number for updates.

RETURN-TO-SENDER AND REFUSED PACKAGES: 

  • This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
     

  • Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.
     

  • We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
     

  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

If you make a mistake on address or somehow miss the package and it is returned to sender we will refund you for the product minus a restock fee. Please understand you will not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to the designated carrier and if your product was sent out/ scanned in a facility they will not refund the postal fee.

If you do use our product and experience a allergic reaction, we do not take responsibility for your allergic reaction.

REFUNDS:


Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL. All products are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
