Yoni Steaming: Truth or Myth

Yoni steaming a self-health practice that supports deep wellness, women's wisdom, herbal medicine, and feminine power. There have been many reported benefits of yoni steaming and yoni products. These products and all natural and made for vaginal health and healing. Some of the reported benefits includes:

Let’s take a tiny peak into my yoni steaming journey. I am a survivor of Endometriosis and PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). Over the years I have suffered from extreme vaginal pain, very heavy and painful menstrual cycles, clotting, and irregular menstrual cycles. Medically wise it appeared as if I was not making any progress. So inside my head I figured it was time to start my own research and trying a more natural and holistic approach to felling better. While conducting my research I started hearing this talk about yoni steams. I started doing more research on yoni steaming and the power of herbs. I decided to give it a try. I mean what could it hurt? So I started off buying steams from a a few ladies. Within a couple of weeks I noticed a difference in my pain levels. It was important to me to know what herbs was in my steams and the benefits of each one. Therefore, I studied even more and began making my own steams. I used my own steam recipes for a few months. I would steam once a month. For me meditation is very important while steaming and visualizing my body being healed. I noticed my vaginal pain level greatly decreased. The amount of blood clots with my cycles decreased. The heaviness and pain with my cycles decreased. Also I started having regular cycles once a month. Before starting my steaming journey I had to take pills on regularly for my vaginal pain and definitely with my menstrual cycle. I walked around every day being very uncomfortable and feeling as if I got super kicked in the vagina. It made playing with my kids very difficult. It made carrying my last baby very painful. I now feel like I am able to live a moderately pain-free and normal life thanks to yoni steaming.

Yoni steaming has greatly improved my self-esteem, my self-confidence, my self-worth, my all round self-love. It continues to help me heal physically, mentally, spiritually.

I must say that all women are different. No two vaginas are just a like. But for me and my vagina yoni steaming is definitely a BIG WIN.

Now this is something I never learned in health class! Vaginal health is all but ignored.

know plenty of women who complain about extreme pain and heavy bleeding. Such a relief to know that there are natural ways to ease the discomfort that women feel during monthly cycles.
